Incredible Black Bean Burgers!

Hey guys!! I recently went to a picnic and tried vegan burgers, and they are absolutely amazing!!!!  The featured image is a black bean burger from “by CHLOE” and it looks absolutely incredible! I have a recipe that you will absolutely fall in love with!

The burgers include:
1½ cups cooked quinoa
1½ cups black beans, rinsed and drained
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoons salt
½ cup breadcrumbs
Olive oil
Hamburger Buns
Optional: Corn, Sweet Potato, Cilantro, etc.
Toppings: Avocado, Tomato, Mayo, Lettuce, Onion, Dairy-free cheese (Jalapeno Havarti is bomb), chips


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process for about one minute until all ingredients are blended together, but still a little bit chunky.   Transfer mixture to a medium sized bowl and refrigerate for about ten minutes.
  2. Remove from the refrigerator and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs. Form mixture into patties. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a large pan over medium heat and coat the bottom with olive oil. Cook the burgers for about 3-5 minutes on each side, until crisp and heated through.
