Delicious Vegan Brownies!

This is an amazing brownie recipe that is not only delicious, but also used with the best ingredients.  This recipe comes out fluffy and incredible proving that you do not need eggs to accomplish fluffiness in your dessert recipes! Enjoy!

MAKES 16 BROWNIES

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups cane sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1 cup water
1 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings: powdered sugar, coconut, cocoa powder, vegan chocolate chips

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Coat 9 by 13 inch baking pan with coconut oil.
2.  Stir together the cane sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.  Pour in the water, coconut oil, and vanilla.  Mix until blended.
3. Place into the baking pan.  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Let the brownies cool 30 minutes before serving.
