Fresh Peach Mango Smoothie

I think mangoes are everyone’s favourite fruit right? This smoothie kicks off the morning in a great mood and gets you ready for the day.  It’s the perfect amount of sweetness and gives you energy for the day!

The recipe is:
2 cups frozen cubed mango
1 fresh or frozen peach
2 medium frozen bananas
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 medium lime
1/2-1 cup water or coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp flax seeds

Feel free to add other favourite fruits of yours such as blueberries, strawberries, papaya, etc.  You could also add some dates and greens (spinach and kale)!
