YUMMY Overnight Oats!

Overnight Oats are amazing for the morning!  They have plant protein from the chia seeds and they have fresh fruit that are blessed on a hot day. Enjoy!

Recipe:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 – 1/2 cup almond milk (or any other plant based milk)
1/3 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 banana
1/3 cup fresh fruit (mango, strawberries, blueberries)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch kosher salt
Pinch cinnamon
Optional: granola, maple syrup, coconut
