Cauliflower BBQ and Buffalo Wings

These cauliflower wings are absolutely amazing!  If you like real wings, then these are definitely for you! They have the same meaty texture and taste as real wings but they are 100% vegan. They can be done using hot sauce (featured picture) or BBQ sauce (picture below directions). Enjoy!

1 head of cauliflower (Cut into pieces)
1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1/2 cup water (May need to use more depending on how thick your batter comes out)
3/4 cup all-purpose flour (can sub gluten-free rice flour)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2.  Whisk the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper together.  Add in the milk, water, and butter and whisk them in slowly.
3.  Dip the cut up cauliflower pieces into the mixture and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.  Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
4. Brush the cauliflower wings with BBQ sauce or hot sauce and place back in the oven for another 25-30 minutes.
